In just under fifty days (yes, I am counting down) I will be flying to Ibiza, my first holiday with my boyfriend David. I am ridiculously excited and cannot wait to be able to relax and explore this beautiful island again. I thought, amidst the excitement at the thought of going away, I’d have a trip down memory lane and share some of my photos with you from my holiday in Venice last year.

Venice was truly a romantic and magical place with its winding pathways that seemed to go on for ever. It truly was a labyrinth, with something interesting to look at around every corner. I can see why it is such a popular destination and would love to visit again someday, especially with Dave.
If you go, I dare you not to fall under this cities spell. I was definitely spellbound.

I fell in love when I first visited there three years ago. I tell ya, it’s definitely a different way of life there…living on the water! It was interesting seeing police and ambulance boats! Very interesting!

In Italy, I would have only looked for Pizza unless of course I would have read your blog. Great work there. The masks are bright and colorful and I would love to adorn one someday!

Oh the pizzas are amazing! As is the icecream. I definitely came home with my jeans feeling tighter. The masks were my favourite! The whole place was Just wonderful.
